Weekly Skin Care Treatments
Even if you follow the skincare basics of cleansing, toning and moisturizing then you can still further improve your skins appearance with a few simple steps.Weekly Skin Care Treatments #1
Steaming
This skin care treatment can be done with your head over a hot bowel of water, or by using a facial sauna or even by
doing the full body thing for you nudist Europeans out there! By opening your pores there is another opportunity for
cleansing and improving your skin texture. No amount of skin care products can provide you with the same benefits of this
treatment so get steaming. Warning, don’t get too hot, or too close to the heat source. Be gentle.
Weekly Skin Care Treatments #2
Masks
There are wonderful clay masks available from almost every skin care treatment range. The Body Shop has a great product
which is available world wide. Also, for guys out there, ‘Anthony’ skin care products from the US are amazing. I ‘borrow’ my boyfriends all the time – their clay mask is of exceptional quality and worth every dollar.
As for moisturizing masks,
models often swear by Jurlique from Australia and Clarins have lots of wicked ones too. You can even make your own mask by
layering on Shea butter and leaving it on for half and hour before wiping it off for a major moisture surge.
Weekly Skin Care Treatments #3
Exfoliating
Exfoliating is a vital regular skin care treatment. Polish your skin to perfection by buffing away the weeks grime. This can let your skin face the world looking cleaner, healthier and more radiant. I seriously recommend the Energising Skin Scrub by Elemis. This skin care treatment is actually for men, however it is really excellent and much better than any women's scrub that I have tried. So, either buy one for yourself or give one to your boyfriend as a present and secretly use it when he isn't in the bathroom!

My girlfriend always uses my products too. Maybe man products are just better?

Julique is so expensive here in London. Is it really good value? I use Aveda stuff at the moment.
