Face Moisturizing
Face moisturizing is another key skin care product of vital importance.
In the day you should use face moisturizing skin care products with an SPF of at least 15 preferably 25. 90% of skin aging is from exposure to UVA and UVB rays so the sooner you start the better.I use Estee Lauder’s DayWear Plus as it lightly moisturizes and the comfortable feeling lasts all day – and it smells great which we have to admit is welcome when it comes to skincare!
The other reason that I like this skin care product is that it doesn’t sting. I have had to throw out a few other face moisturizing day creams containing SPF as they made my eyes burn, including the Lancome one. So, get testing before you buy.
At night, many models use a different face moisturizer especially after a day under harsh lights in a studio and lots of changes of makeup. Caudalie has excellent skin care products that really do improve your skin quality. Most skincare products from Estee Lauder are pretty effective whatever your age. MAC face moisturizer is a favourite on shoots as it is a great base for makeup. It is light and thin rather than fatty and deep penetrating.
I think it makes sense to go for face moisturizing products where their company specializes in skincare rather than in fashion or perfume etc such as Channel. However, I am sure there are exceptions to the rule, but to be honest I cannot think of any – can you recommend anything?

Thanks for the advice. I went ahead and bought Caudalie products (Daily Moisturized and Night Tisane Nightcream), as they are readily available over here. I LOVE both of them. These products are really good and my skin looks fantastic. | |
