I've entered into Premenopause this year and for the first time since I was a teenager, I'm have a terrible bout of acne; small layers of bumps, pimples that hurt and itch all over my jaw line, neck, chest and back...

I've done a detox for 7 days, eat really well, exercise and still i Have this problem...

I haven't gone to a dermatologist because I'm concerned about the harsh treatments and medications they might give me...

Is there anything I can do or a product you recommend that I can use?

ive had acne pretty much all my teenage life and ive used products like proactive and neutrogena murad etc but nothing works for me i want to know what brands that you would recommend ^_^

I have to test a lot of products and treatments so I can write about them. I think regular facials are handy. Also, manicures can make you look smart and tidy and help you to get dressed and look presentable faster. Although my favourite treatment is actually foot massages :)
